Chapter One - Genesis

In the beginning God created Liverpool.

There wasn’t much to do in those days, admittedly, what with God busy inventing horses, gambling and Irishmen, and that. So, richly dressed in the heighth of heavenly fashion, and without a razor blade in sight, the Big Man came up with Liverpool and, ever since then, the world has been in decline.
